1.PLACE milk, frozen yogurt, Carnation Breakfast Essentials Drink and coffee granules in blender; cover.
2.Blend until smooth.
Javita Ice Cap Recipe
Ingredients
-8oz hot water 1 stick of Burn+Control
-1 tablespoon of honey
Instructions
1. Mix together until all coffee and honey is dissolved.
2. Freeze in ice cube tray.
3. When ready to serve add 1/2 cup of cream or milk of your choice to the ice cubes in the blender.
4. There you now have the most delicious Ice Cap Coffee.
Vanilla Frappe Frozen Coffee
Just add your favorite low fat or non fat creamer, ice, and Javita. Blend well & Enjoy !!
Javita Smoothie
Ingredients
•1 cup vanilla fat-free frozen yogurt
•½ cup low fat milk
•1 Javita stick pack (2 if you prefer a stronger cup)
•1 whole banana
•1 cup of ice
•Fat-free whipped cream (optional)
•Sugar-free chocolate or caramel syrup (optional)
Javita Energy Bars
6 cups quick oats
6 scoops whey protein powder
1/2 c powdered milk
3 oz pudding, dry
1 oz ovaltine, dry
2/3 Javita sachets burn+control
1/3 cup ground flax seed
1/3 cup sunflower seeds
1 tsp vanilla
1/3 c chocolate chips
1 c light corn syrup
Directions:
Sprinkle chocolate chips on cookie sheet.
Refrigerate.
Grind dry ingredients until they are super fine and well-mixed.
Add vanilla and corn syrup (drizzle through top while processing).
Weight Loss Brownies
made with JAVITA Weight Loss Coffee which contains Garcinia Cambogia!!
1 cup butter, soft
2 cups sugar
2 tsp vanilla
4 eggs 4 oz unsweetened baking chocolate, melted and cooled
1 cup flour
½ cup chocolate chips
3 sticks of Javita
Blend together the butter and sugar. Add vanilla, eggs, melted chocolate, Javita, flour and chocolate chips. Pour into a greased and floured 9 x 13 inch pan and bake at 325 F for 30 minutes.
This is one of my favorite quilt pattern designs.... The Irish Chain.
Some might say that the Irish Chain has a slight presents of the Trip Around The World pattern. They a both have similarities in their designs. The Irish Chain has a more intricate lattice design, while the Trip around the World starts from the middle and fans out.

Looking at all these beautiful quilts has made me remember that I have a quilt that has been waiting to be finished, it needs to be pulled and and completed. I'm close to having the top design completed, then I'm going to take my quilt to a quilt shop here in Riverside and machine quilt it together, which I have never done before and have been wanting to learn something new about quilting.....
I just can-not wait for this special day!

Watercolors are one of the most awesome forms of art. Free hand drawing and sketching are both very beautiful forms of art also. I would like to try my hand at watercolor one day, to be able to express myself thru drawing and color again. I remember drawing as a young child/teenager and enjoyed it very much, but somewhere along life's path... I seem to have lost that free spirit of movement and motion. Now... it seems as my perfection has tainted my flow of free spirit.
I have always been inspired by Beatrix Potter in many ways for many years... from her love of animals and nature. Her passion for drawing and painting as child is what pulled on me as a child. If she could do it I could do it! Her desire to share her art and stories of her beloved little animals friends. She believed that others would enjoy them as much as she did, and they surely have for many generations. Believing in ones self is the basis for a great start in any endeavor!
Then later in her life with the same passion... her great work as a conservationist.
Below are some of Beatrix Potter's watercolors. The garden gate and raised garden are beautiful examples of floral color and textures in watercolors.

I wanted to add a few sites that I found while browsing on youtube, they all had a lot information about watercolor painting and some had some beautiful landscapes paintings as well.
There was a few youtube video's that showed how to paint portraits in watercolor, which I found very interesting indeed. I'm not sure if I would ever venture into portraits, but who know the future.
