Purple Hearts or Red Hearts for your Sweetheart Cookies

You decide Purple or Red! It's hard to decide... one might want to pick Pink!  What a wonderful representation of Sweetheart Cookies.

Sur La Table has this beautiful Copper Heart Cookie Cutter for about  $8.00 on their website.  I really like this cookie cutter. It has real nice flowing lines to it's shape and is quite different than most heart shaped cookies cutters you see out there on the market today.

These three copper heart shaped cutters I found at Copper Gifts, they range from about $13.00 to $16.00.

I found this recipe that I would like to share with you, I found this recipe for Shortbread and Strawberries on Jehan Can Cook.  I have not tried it yet but would like to real soon.  Doesn't it look good... just perfect for afternoon tea!

Just one picture from here site, she has the recipe and step by step instructions for these little delicacies.
